THE MAGIC CAFÉ:
Our Typica Mejorada Arabica coffee beans come from best coffee province of the Andes mountains. Grown at 1400-1800m altitude around the "Sacred Valley of the Incas" near Vilcabamba, Loja.
And the Galapagos speciality Arabica beans are grown on the eastern slopes of the San Cristobal island’s volcano have a unique flavour profile with a magical level of smoothness, these are very rare and special Arabica beans.
All our beans are all organically grown and hand picked, wet washed, : dried and carefully medium roasted to not lose their magic chocolatey and nutty flavours.
The biodiversity of these regions of Ecuador allows the best plants, trees and beans of the world to be grown. Which we ship to Europe and our home on the shores of Belfast Lough, UK

All our beans are "wet washed" and roasted as local to the farm as possible by the experienced Rooastmaster l so as to preserve the magic within.

traditional hand processing techniques.
The coffee is good anytime of day and works either hot or cold/iced. It is medium roasted (not bitter like dark roasts) keeping the magic flavours of the fruit and beans in our cafe.
